Research Careers are rapidly changing with enhanced opportunities but these require professional and technical skills beyond the textbooks!
We use coaching groups to bring peer researchers or doctoral candidates together to access personalised resources, share best practice and develop their focus in a supportive, expertly facilitated, environment. The agenda is self generated and so will be both pertinent and impactful.
Meeting on-line for 90 minutes a month for six months these groups provide the professional development support needed to excel during these times of complexity.
We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable research professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
How many participants will be in the groups?
The groups are kept to between 5-9 participants to allow enough time for all to contribute and benefit. There will be no change in participants once the group is formed.
How does the fee work?
The fee is for each session and is payable in total at registration or on a monthly basis (first installment payable upon registration for the group), The fee will be collected each month irrespective of whether the participant has attended the specific meeting so momentum of the group is maintained. If a participant wishes to leave the group no questions will be asked and no further fee will be payable once a total of 3 monthly fees have been paid. There is a 14-day cooling off period from initial registration for a full refund but this no longer applies once the group has started.
Are the content of the groups discussions confidential?
Each group contracts to keep all discussions confidential to their members at the start of the process.
